Hi! So this is rolling into production, at a very very slow pace. Last post was way back in January of this year. Before the world discovered the deadly virus named Covid-19. [details, today, stats…] Me and my two mates have been practicing safe social distancing, even though many other’s are not. After we had our wedding reception with friends and family at our favorite restaurant on March 13th, we stopped all in-person interaction outside of the household we lived with. My Dragon Pilot wife, still had to go to work due to being an essential worker, and she just got upgraded to Captain. Me and Jackal wife have been alternating going to the store when we absolutely needed groceries. The first few months of this pandemic were rough, and they continue to be difficult as the world get worse. corrupt-corporate-Election year, global warming, the planet is literally on fire at times and we cant do much but stay inside. Our plans and hopes for adventure and exploring our souls now that we were truly free of our past… stopped by pure selfishness of other beings.
So. I’m building this website, my website, because I’m exhausted using limited social media websites that have become monetized by huge corporates. I’m not getting what I want out of all the sites combined. I want a place I can show art, share photo albums/series, tell stories, have a shire dedicated to me. I want to create the world that lives by the sea and in a forest. There’s no name for that kind of place, but its home to me. To be able to walk across the glittering sand coated with hidden seashells while playfully jumping into sea foam trails and chasing waves back to the sea. And to turn around and have a cabin deep in the woods, where I can create rainbows and share feelings across the world by firelight.
Who knows how this will hold up to the test of time, but in the meantime I’m gong to have fun with it. Learn with it.
Today I feel I’ve emerged out of a huge depressive cycle, one the world is also going through, and I’m taking advantage of it to start this personal project. My goal today/ soon, is get the website working to start posting my comics. I’ll at least post it to twitter if I cant at the end of the day get this working…
