Thank you for considering me as the creator to bring your idea(s) to life. This document is here to establish clear communication and set expectations for our working relationship.
To ensure there is transparency in our collaboration, we will discuss permissions, limitations, and all necessary details before beginning the commission.
By commissioning me, you agree to the starting terms outlined below:
- You may contact me via social media or messaging apps for initial discussions, but all official commission requests should be made through my order form (when available). Until then, please use email: [email protected] for the purpose of my records.
- Any part of these terms can be modified if discussed and agreed upon before the commission is completed—not after.
Our communication will be structured into the following five sections:
Requesting a Commission ➡ Copyright / Usage Policy ➡ Process ➡ Customer Satisfaction ➡ Payment

I. GENERAL TERMS – Requesting a Commission
Exciting! You like my style, workflow, or something in my work sparks joy, inspiring you to bring your idea to life. Let’s talk! Introduce me to your idea and yourself, and we’ll work through the details together. I experience the same excitement, thrill, and even anxiety when commissioning other artists, so I understand the process from both sides. Communication is key. Respect and kindness in all exchanges are expected.
If your idea is more ambitious than what I’m currently ready to take on, I’ll be upfront about my limits. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this process.
How to Request a Commission:
- Describe your idea clearly. Provide detailed descriptions, reference images, or even stick-figure sketches. If your piece includes characters owned by others, I require their permission before including them.
- Let me know if this is a surprise gift so I can hold off on posting the artwork publicly.
- Fan art of copyrighted characters is off-limits for personal commissions but is an option when doing art trades with friends.
What to Include in Your Request:
- Your idea, written or drawn (animated, illustration, or other format).
- Reference images (poses, expressions, mood boards, etc.) in JPG or PNG format.
- Your budget. My prices are firm—no haggling or bargaining for lower costs.
- Your preferred time frame. If you need a rushed deadline, we can discuss an expedited option for an additional 20% to 50% increase in commission price. However, once work has begun, the deadline cannot be moved sooner.
- Posting preferences. Should I wait before sharing your piece publicly?
- Contact informatin. Email, social media, and a secondary way to reach you. If you are using someone else’s character, their contact as well.
- Approving for 18+ content: Take a photo of your DL/ID next to your
- Printing options. If you’d like a physical copy, I can provide a separate quote for printing services.
Important Notes:
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. If you engage in harassment, aggressive haggling, underage requests for 18+ content, or discrimination of any kind, your commission will be canceled.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
Final Warning: Artist’s Chaos Clause
I am an artist of chaos. If you do not provide enough details, you are nonverbally agreeing to let me interpret your request freely. My work is inherently unique, and no two pieces will be exact copies. With every creation, I learn and evolve. I will always give you my best quality work, but uniformity is not guaranteed..
