Hey there! Thank you for considering me as a creator to bring your idea to life. This is here is to provide more information so that we can build our working relationship and communication with each other. So that we can be on the same page about what we are creating together. We will discuss each other’s Permissions, Limits and any other details to what we create.
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the creator, prior to the completion of the commission. Not After.
You may contact me through various social media or messaging apps for initial discussion, but please make all actual requests for regular commission through my order form (when available), unless otherwise stated. For now use email, [email protected]
Our communication will be broken down into the following five sections

I. GENERAL TERMS. Requesting a Commission
Excite! You like my style, work flow or something sparks joy in my work that drives you to share idea(s) and want to make it come to life. Talk with me! Introduce me to your idea, you, and we can work on the details. Together. I go through the same excitement/thrill/anxiety with commissioning other artists too. Communication is key to all. Communication with respect and kindness. If an idea is more ambitious than what I am ready for, I will communicate you the feelings. Thank you for your patience and taking the time to understand me better.
Please describe in a clear and descriptive manner your idea. Provide clear reference(s) or text descriptions, include some characteristics or favorite motto/sayings. You may send other photos for reference, including stick figures of your idea. If other characters are involved that belong to other folks, I would like a confirmation from them to use their characters. Notify me know if this is a surprise gift to hold off from posting my work right away.
Fan art of copyrighted characters will remain off limits as personal commissions but is open to art trades with friends.
Please also provide:
Your budget. You cannot haggle my prices down, or try to convince me of another form of bargaining of my prices that is lower to my set cost.
Your expected time frame. If its sooner than what I can complete it in, we may discuss for a sooner deadline at cost. A 20% or up to 50% increase of commission price will be applied for a sooner completion time. Once the commission has been started, you cannot move the deadline sooner.
Would be interested in having a printing service as well. A second quote for the printing service will be worked out afterward or during the commission.
I try my best to respond back honestly if what you are looking for is attainable and if we can come to an agreement.
TL;DR send me:
- Your idea written down or drawn. And the format you would like it in. Options include animated, illustration, or other.
- Additional images, references, similar poses in jpg or png format.
- Budget
- Time frame you wish to have your commission.
- Do I need to wait on posting the piece on social media
- Would you like your piece printed and sent.
Any ill behavior during the exchange will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. That includes aggressive haggling of prices & requesting 18+ content while underage or disrespecting races, gender folk, religions, harassment to me or to any connections, etc.
I have the right to decline your commission.
As a final warning: I am an artist of Chaos decisions, if you do not provide sufficient detail you are nonverbally agreeing/accepting that your commission to be handled to the artist’s liking. AKA Artist Freedom. My work is also chaotic in its own way. Meaning, each finished work will be its own unique piece and cannot be entirely cloned. with every creation I learn something new and gain more skill. I will give you my best quality work but that is not a guarantee it will be uniformed.
